When browsing the Restoration.com site in Windows Vista/Internet Explorer 7, you might encounter a connection failure error page or other problems connecting to the shopping cart. This is due to a known problem in the server's implementation of the TSL standard. A description of the changes in SSL can be found in the Internet Explorer blog. To work around this problem, please follow these steps: - From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
- Select the Advanced tab
- In the Settings box, scroll down to the Security section
- Uncheck the box next to Use TLS 1.0
- Click the Apply button, and close the dialog box
